Chris Sturgeon 

 

 

Chris has been in private practice as a counselor & psychotherapist in Washington for close to twenty years. He also has worked both as a counselor and therapist at LDS Family Services in Renton WA.  He has taken many post-graduate training programs including the Gottman Institute, Dr. David Burns Clinical Theory and Practice Seminars connected to the Feeling Good Handbook, ADHD Certification, Stephen Covey and many workshops and training in CBT Certification - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Aaron & Judith Beck, Dr. David Burns, and REBT from Albert Ellis. Also NarrativeTherapy workshops from Michael White. 

Chris' work includes individual, couples and family therapy with adolescents and adults. In addition to providing outpatient therapy, he has conducted workshops in Washington on topics which include: Understanding physical and psychological addictions, seminars on ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Loss and Grief.

Chris is also the Agency Director at Bridges Behavioral Health.
